Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times, regardless of client arrival. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals or early departures. 2. Identification Clients must provide a valid state-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the cardholder used for payment. 3. Equipment Use Clients are responsible for proper use of all studio equipment during their session. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of instructions will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the client. Unauthorized installation of software, plugins, or hardware adjustments is prohibited. 4. Session Conduct No food or open beverages near studio equipment. No smoking, vaping, or drug use in the facility. Clients must conduct themselves respectfully toward the studio space and staff. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume in shared areas. 5. Guests Guests are allowed only within the booked room. Maximum number of guests is [insert number, e.g., 2–4] unless prior approval is given. 6. Data & Files Clients are responsible for saving and backing up their own session files. The studio is not liable for lost or deleted files once the session ends. Clients may bring their own external drive to store work. 7. Security & Monitoring The studio is under video surveillance for security purposes. Any violation of studio rules may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. 8. Liability & Dismissal The studio is not liable for lost or stolen personal items. The studio reserves the right to dismiss any client or guest for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of policies. Refunds will not be issued in such cases. 9. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session without an engineer, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Studio Policy.
